Information on the Transfer of Existing FANCCI Account Data

Why am I seeing this notice?

Your email address was found in the existing user database of the previous FANCCI platform. The previous FANCCI platform was operated by FANCCI AG, Rotkreuz, Switzerland. The new FANCCI platform is operated by FNC Plattform GmbH, Baar/Zug, Switzerland.

To enable you to continue using your existing FANCCI account on the new platform, the data associated with your previous account may, with your explicit consent, be transferred to FNC Plattform GmbH and processed there for the operation of your new FANCCI account.

What data will be transferred?

Only data required for the transfer and continued use of your existing FANCCI account, or data associated with your previous account, will be transferred, provided that such data is available in the existing FANCCI database. This may include in particular:

• Your email address and existing account master data
• Your username and profile information
• The email address of your referrer
• Other data associated with your existing user account, insofar as the transfer of such data is necessary for the continued operation of your account and is legally permissible

Your previous password was/is not stored, transferred or displayed in plain text.

When logging in, you will be asked to set a new password for the new FANCCI platform.

Who transfers the data and who receives it?

Following the transfer, FNC Plattform GmbH will become the data controller responsible for processing the transferred account data within the new FANCCI platform.

On what basis does the transfer take place?

Your existing FANCCI account will only be transferred after you have explicitly consented to the transfer and processing of your existing account data during the registration process.

Consent to the data transfer is requested separately from your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions and your acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy.

If you do not consent to the data transfer, your existing account will not be transferred to the new FANCCI platform through this process.

What happens after I give my consent?

After you have given your consent, the data associated with your existing FANCCI account that is required for its continued operation may be assigned to FNC Plattform GmbH and used on the new FANCCI platform.

Your continued use of the new FANCCI platform will be subject to the current Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of FNC Plattform GmbH.
