Guidelines for Handling Child Sexual Abuse Material

Zero Tolerance Policy

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards any material on our platform that sexually exploits or endangers children. If such material is discovered or reported, we respond immediately and report it to the appropriate authorities.

is firmly committed to combating the dissemination of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This includes media, texts, illustrations, and computer-generated images. We consider it our duty to ensure that our platform is not used for the dissemination of CSAM and that users do not search for such content.

Prohibited Content

Any content depicting children or promoting their sexual exploitation is strictly prohibited on our platform. This includes real, fictional, or animated depictions as well as written content that promotes or alludes to sexual exploitation. Such content constitutes a severe violation of our terms and conditions.

Definition and Reporting

For the purposes of this policy, any person under the age of 18 is considered a child. All instances of apparent CSAM are reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), which forwards the reports to the appropriate law enforcement agencies worldwide.

Enforcement

We have strict policies and technological measures to combat CSAM. Our moderation team reviews all uploaded content around the clock to prevent violations. When a potential or actual case of CSAM is reported, we remove and review the content in question and report any identified material.

We are planning to regularly monitor our platform to update our directory of prohibited search terms, titles, and tags to ensure our community remains safe and free from abusive content.

Additionally, we use age estimation technologies to prevent the upload and publication of potential CSAM.

If you believe you have encountered CSAM or other inappropriate content, please report it immediately. If you are affected by such content or know of it, use our content removal request form and provide relevant URLs. We treat all reports confidentially and remove the relevant content promptly.

Anyone can report violations, regardless of whether they have an account on our platform.

Consequences for Violations

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards any material involving or depicting child sexual abuse. Such material is removed immediately, and the user is banned. All instances of apparent CSAM are reported to NCMEC.
