Effective Date: September 2024
At FANCCI AG, we place great importance on consent as a central principle for the safety
of our users and the integrity of our platform.
Obligations of Uploaders:
-
- All creators and members must confirm that they have consent and appropriate release
documents from all individuals appearing in the uploaded content.
- - Content must comply with the terms of use and performer conditions.
-
- Content that violates our non-consensual content policies will be removed, and
appropriate actions will be taken against the user account.
Violations of Our Policy:
Recording and distributing intimate images without the consent of the individuals depicted
is a violation of personal rights and a severe breach of our terms of use. This includes:
-
- Recording in public or private environments without written consent (e.g., hidden
cameras, spy cameras, upskirting).
- - Non-consensual distribution of intimate images (revenge porn).
- - Sharing non-sexual images without consent.
- - Doxing (disclosure of personal data).
Prohibited Content:
- - Non-consensual sexual acts, real or simulated.
- - Participation of impaired individuals in sexual acts.
- - Deepfakes without artistic basis.
Sensitive Topics and Consent Considerations:
Pornography can encompass various fantasies and role-plays that must only be depicted with
explicit consent. Content related to sensitive topics such as magic, hypnosis, sleep,
bondage, and sub-dom fantasies must clearly demonstrate consent.
Enforcement:
-
- Fancci AG relies on technology, human moderators, and the user community to identify
and remove non-consensual content.
- - Cooperation with law enforcement agencies to combat the spread of such content.
-
- 24/7 Moderation Team: Our moderation team works around the clock to review uploaded
content and remove non-consensual content.
-
- Community Monitoring: The community plays an essential role in protecting the platform
by reporting problematic content.
-
- Automated Tools: Users can create digital fingerprints of their content to prevent
future unwanted uploads.
Reporting Violations:
Report non-consensual content using the content removal request form. Even unregistered
users can report violations.
